Gastro Helsinki, Finland’s largest and most significant professional event for the food and restaurant industry, showcases the latest innovations, trends, and new products in the field. Participation Options 2026

Choose the way that suits you best to participate in the event! Take advantage of easy, ready-made booth solutions and customize them with your own brand identity, book exhibition space only and build your booth yourself, or use the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre’s design and construction services. If you wish, we can also provide a turnkey booth package.

Other companies sharing your booth will be charged a Visibility and Environment Fee of €450. The exhibitor who books the space is responsible for the participation fees of the shared booth.

Stand structure packages

ou can also purchase a booth package for your exhibition space, which includes white walls and necessary support walls (placed at the back of the booth where possible), signage or a logo on the wall (max. height 14 cm), carpet, basic lighting, booth setup and dismantling, and initial cleaning. The default carpet color is dark grey.

Booth package prices do not include exhibition space, which must be reserved separately. We also offer custom solutions with professional expertise.

Wine, Beer & Spirits Area

The Wine, Beer & Spirits Area is an excellent place for product tastings for visitors and launching new products. The area is aimed at visitors responsible for alcohol purchases, and tastings are available only to industry professionals. Take advantage of a ready-made booth package or contact us for a customized booth tailored to your company’s needs.

  • Workshop kitchens on site (6 pcs) equipped with common kitchen tools, stove, and water points
  • Hand sanitizers and paper towels provided
  • Exhibitors may bring their own props for the workshop
  • Exhibitors may bring their own equipment and kitchen utensils if desired/necessary

Tasting Event in the Wine, Beer & Spirits Area

  • Use of the tasting area and its facilities for 2 hours at a pre-agreed time
  • Example schedule: 30 min preparation, 45 min program, 30 min dismantling
  • Water point for rinsing glasses
  • Serving counters, bar stools, shelving behind the counter for drinks, glasses, and other props
  • Storage space (items stored at exhibitor’s own responsibility)
  • Hand sanitizers and paper towels provided
  • Exhibitors may bring their own props for the tasting session
  • Wine glasses provided by the dishware partner
  • Exhibitors may bring their own drinking glasses if desired/necessary
  • Basic audio equipment and display screen for own materials

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.

  • Expostart 650€ (incl. socket 16A 230V 3,6kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
  • The invoice for participation is due 15 August 2025.
  • Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
  • The stands should have 2.5 m-high wall structures to section them off.
  • Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee 440€ is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
  • An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
  • The number of exhibitor’s passes and invitation cards depends on the size of the stand. The amounts can be checked from the webpages of the event.
  • VAT is added to all prices.
  • Prices are valid until 40 days before the event.

Please note the following details about programme activities taking place at the stand:

  • Programme and other activities taking place at the stand must be confined within the area of the stand.
  • The volume limit for sound at the stand is 75 db.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities taking place at the stand – for example, throwing objects – do not harm anyon
