Future Leadership in the Hospitality Industry

Hotel, restaurant and catering industry has been hit hard by the pandemic and many have left the industry. We have to be able to attract, inspire and develop the next generation of employees. However, we will not succeed unless we understand what kind of leaders and leadership will be needed in the future. In Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, we have identified the present and future leadership competence needs and Meri Vehkaperä, Senior Lecturer, will share the results with you.
