A look at how global mindful drinking/sober curious movements have changed consumer attitudes to alcohol, and trends in consumption of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Speaker Jussi Tolvi is a co-founder of London-based Club Soda. Club Soda helps people drink more mindfully and live well. They are also experts on low and no alcohol drinks, organise mindful drinking festivals, and in December 2021 opened London’s first alcohol-free drinks shop. Read more
